Like many of his journeys it started off simple enough - a space exploration mission. It turned out to be an eventful trip as he encountered a batch of mindless drones belonging to a well known mercenary. Fighting the mass was no easy task and his best efforts he was soon overrun and defeated. With his hand blown off, Snipe helplessly fell in to a vortex, never to be seen again. Unbeknown to him, a deity observed his demise. Impressed by the bots valiant fight, the being sought out the lost seeker, restoring his body. Once back, Snipe raced back to his planet only to find it in ruins at the hands of an ancient enemy of colossal proportions. After the attack Snipe was labeled MIA, but much later when an Evac team would go thru the ruins and find the seeker, battered but functional. He is still amongst the ranks to this day - older and wiser, but still adventurous...

...Of course that's how I imagined it when I was a kid, as the real life events were far less exciting. The figure had its arm broken off and thrown away by a bunch of kids, with the mother of one of the kids later finding the toy and returning it to me, or the time when my dad threw away all my toys and me finding Snipe in a bucked of LEGOs much later. Each time he returned to me, my imagination went haywire, imagining his potential adventure back home as an action packed cartoon episode.
